Build a patient data management & visualisation tool to assist hopsitals with breast cancer diagnosis
Radiologists, nurses and IT staff at Dotplot’s partner hospital are fed up with juggling separate image viewers, EHRs and paper notes to track breast-cancer cases. Your challenge is to build a PACS-EMR-integrated platform to streamline breast cancer case tracking. Using realistic datasets (patient info, scan images, lesion coordinates), your mission is to unify medical imaging, patient records, and visual notes into a single, secure interface.
You’ll build a single web app that stores patient data securely, maps each lesion on an interactive torso diagram and links every hotspot to the correct ultrasound image. Ship an MVP, code repo and short product report that prove an all-in-one interface cuts errors and speeds clinical decisions.
