Property repairs, investment dashboards or smart-inventory tools all start the same way: a messy user problem that needs a clear, testable product. In this Product Thinking module you’ll follow Dami, a student tenant left without hot water to see how a vague complaint becomes a tight problem statement, an MVP upload form and a road-mapped backlog.

Across seven short lessons you’ll:

• break down the business context and craft a laser-focused problem statement
• walk the Product Development Life Cycle from sketch to pilot launch
• write user stories and acceptance criteria engineers can code against
• rank features with a value-vs-effort matrix (plus RICE & MoSCoW for scale)

By the end you’ll have a repeatable toolkit to tackle any Tech Academia internship simulation.
